Speak up for those who aren’t in the room
I look for missing perspectives, advocate for needs that might go unheard, and help those voices shape the work.
Create safety for brave ideas
Good collaboration leaves room to ask the obvious questions, challenge assumptions, and share half-formed thoughts without fear. Messy sketches are welcome here.
Care is a design skill
People remember the details that make them feel considered: clear language, thoughtful defaults, delightful interactions, and support when things go sideways.
